A Weight Loss Update

I realized I haven't done a weight loss update since last March. That's nearly a year ago. It's also around the time I had my miscarriage, so I guess that makes sense, in a way. I gained a lot of weight back before/during/after my miscarriage (it was early, I didn't even know I was pregnant, no worries), but I seem to be back on the right track again now.

I'm adjusting some of my start/end totals. I started "weighing in" around 220lbs originally, but my highest weight was 250+ (I didn't have a scale). I'm going to mark down 250, just so that I have it on the record.

Obviously, I hit a high point again last year during my miscarriage. My stomach & hip measurements were the highest they had ever been. I've been on a steady decline for the last few months. I've been counting my calories, eating smaller portions and trying to be more active.

My sister is getting married at the beginning of April and I'd like to be down to 170 by then. That's about 10lbs in the next 6 weeks. I lost about 20lbs in the last 2 months alone, so I think that I can do it. I'd also like to hit 140 by June 1. That's 30lbs in 18 weeks. If I can get there sooner, though, I'd be ecstatic. Once I hit 140, I plan to switch from weight loss to toning.
