There is something to be said when you no longer feel bloated. I was pretty active this week. My ipod has a pedometer on it, so I've been trying to make sure I walk a minimum of 1,000 EXTRA steps each day. I don't think all of it was weight loss this week. I think most of it was me being bloated last week. If I hadn't been bloated last week, it looks like I might have made my June goal of 174lbs. I'm adjusting my July goal down to 170. That should give me a little room to play with this month.

I know 1,000 extra steps a day is only about 59 calories, but I figure it's a start. I think I'll increase the minimum every other week or so just to keep myself going.

WOW! That's quite the drop! I HATE being bloated...it always screws with the scale and makes you feel icky.
