This week sucked for me. I screwed up my cycle, so I'm back to feeling bloated and gross this week. I did do some exercise, but not enough to counteract my increased appetite. I'm pretty disappointed in myself because I did try to eat okay, but I just ate too much. The worst part is, every time I eat anything, I feel sick to my stomach. Hopefully next week is better.

Im sorry Dani. I hope you start feeling like your self again soon. If it makes you feel any better I ate a lot of ice cream last night, I mean a lot, and this morning I feel like I gained 20 lbs. Oh well...it was damn good!!

Don't feel bad this was a crappy week for me too. I did really well until the last couple of days and then I just couldn't resist the comfort food.

Gains happen but look at the overall picture .. your doing fantastic! Sometimes we just need an off week. :)
