To be completely honest, I thought I did better this week than I actually did. Thursday, I did some work with a work out ball and some minor weight training. Friday, I did about 15 minutes of walking. Saturday, I walked all day from 10:00am until 5:00pm - I did some major grocery shopping at Target, Walmart & Acme. Then we went straight to the carnival and then the mall. I ate very well that day, too. My thighs were killing me on Sunday, so I just did some weight training. The rest of the weight I slacked off a little on the exercise because my stomach was killing me, but I did make sure to eat right. I've been starving all week, but eating much healthier foods. Calories are about the same, but the food itself is healthier (2 light yogurts, frozen, instead of ice cream, lots of salad with only vinegar on top, etc). I guess I'm just stumped as to why I didn't lose more weight than I did.

On the other hand, I did have to make 2 new notches in my belt because my brand new (2 weeks ago) size 12 pants are already too big. That's a good thing, right? Maybe not such a good thing for my wallet.

I haven't even weighed myself in 2 weeks! I'm having such a hard time eating healthy this time around!! I'm thinking about doing the Couch to 5k!
