I'm still feeling pretty bloated this week. I'm hoping it passes and I'm feeling more me next week. I'm doubtful that I'll hit my goal of 174 this month. That's nearly 6lbs in 2 weeks. We'll see. I think if I can at least get close, I'll be happy.

I need to start working out again. I've been slacking and I can feel it. I'm very drained of energy, but I think I've been spreading myself a little too thin. I need to work out a happy balance that actually works for me. I miss food a lot this week, but I think it's the bloat talking.

You are doing great! I feel bloated every morning. I retain so much water over night it ridiculous.

I'm in the same boat as you are with needing to exercise. I just can't seem to find my motivation anymore.
