I took this last week off, though it was definitely unplanned. I didn't exercise. I ate poorly. And I know I gained weight. There are no excuses. I fell off the bandwagon. I didn't even bother weighing myself this week because I don't even want to know how much I gained. I've lost my motivation and I'm not sure yet how to get it back.

Honestly, before this weeks weigh in I was contemplating not posting anymore weigh in's for awhile. I figured why post them if it was just going to be a gain every week. So, I know how you feel. Everyone needs a break sometimes. Maybe an outfit you've been wanting to fit into might bring you some motivation? I say take a week or two off, give yourself a break and then try again.
