How Do I Participate:
1. Write a Blog Post. Somewhere in it you MUST post the 'Weekly Weigh-In' Button and your weight loss or gain. You do not need to post your actual weight, though it may be helpful for you.
2. Link up using the McLinky below (Please link to your actual Weekly Weigh-In post, NOT your main blog page)
3. Visit other blogs on the linky and show your support.

Remember, you don't need to link up on Thursdays. The linky is open for the whole week!

I think something is up with my scale this morning. When I first jumped on it, it said I gained over 10 lbs. Yeah, that definitely didn't happen. I re-weighed myself after I showered and it was a more reasonable 3.6lbs gain. Given, I had wet hair, so it's more like 2.6lbs, but I'll leave it as is. I did lose a couple inches this week, so I'm glad about that. I sucked at drinking water though. I'm sure most of this week's gain is from bloating and water retention.

I'd check your batteries. If it messed up that much the first time, then who's to say it didn't mess up the second time.

I really need to take my measurements and start drinking more water too. I know this would help me out so much.

You've done so well, I wouldn't let a little gain set you back. Drink your water and you'll probably see a big loss next week.
