I have to be honest with you guys. I fully anticipated and prepared myself for a gain this week. With my 3.5lbs loss last week and my monthly friend coming soon, I expected bloating and gain this week. Needless to say, I'm extremely surprised with a 1.5lbs loss. I didn't get many chances to work out this week because I had a lot of work to do for my Etsy shop. I did manage to get some weight training in, but that was really about it. We also went to a 2 year old's birthday party on Saturday, complete with cake, chips, pizza and beer. The only thing that I can really think of that I did well this week was water intake. 

At any rate, I'm quite pleased this week! I doubt I'll hit 178 by next week, but at least I'll be close. I'm only .3lbs away from no longer being classified obese on wii fit. That makes me very happy!

That is awesome! You are so close to your goal! It must be great to not see that obese on the Wii Fit! That thing can be pretty harsh! You are doing great, and I'm definitely going to up my water intake and see if that makes a difference!
