How Do I Participate:
1. Write a Blog Post. Somewhere in it you MUST post the 'Weekly Weigh-In' Button and your weight loss or gain. You do not need to post your actual weight, though it may be helpful for you.
2. Link up using the McLinky below (Please link to your actual Weekly Weigh-In post, NOT your main blog page)
3. Visit other blogs on the linky and show your support.

Remember, you don't need to link up on Thursdays. The linky is open for the whole week!

Another gain, big surprise. It seems whenever I actually work harder towards weight loss, I gain weight. I really hate that. My measurements did go down a little this week (.5" for each my chest and hips and 1" for both my waist and thigh). Even still, though, I'd like to see the scale numbers start going in the direction that I'd like them to again.

I'm trying to take up yoga again. I loved when I did yoga in college. I gained a little weight, but it was all muscle, not fat. I've managed to get 1 sun rotation (with a little twist of my own thrown in there) done both last night and this morning. I've also upped my weights from 3lbs each to 5lbs each. I'm hoping that I'll see some improvement with these changes.

You did a great job with the inches! I know you want to see the scale go down but I'll take a smaller pants size anyday!

I like Yoga too. I liked doing it on the Wii. I would have to say that upping your weights should help too.
