I had a feeling I'd be up this week. I was pms-y this week and I ate... a lot.... and I didn't exercise. Well, I did, but not enough. So, I expected a gain. Now that it's that time of the month, I know that part of the gain is just bloat. So all in all, being up 2 pounds isn't terrible.

It's hard hitting a wall! I know we talked about that a while back but we'll get passed it. I think I've hit my first one and i'm gonna have to figure out how to push through it. Think about the big number, 27.7 pounds!! You Rock!! :)

Haven't check in with you in a few weeks. Your doing great! Only a few pounds away from your goal! Nice job :)
Sorry to hear your up this week though. Hopefully it will disappear soon so you can make your goal.

Looks like we are in the same boat this week! I hate that I have absolutely no motivation. I want to kick myself for not just doing it, but I'm back at it. That's all we can do is just get right back at it and eventually we will get there.
