Weekly Weigh In - Week 37

How Do I Participate:

1. Write a Blog Post. Somewhere in it you MUST post the 'Weekly Weigh-In' Button and your weight loss or gain (a picture is recommend, but NOT required). You do not need to post your actual weight, though it may be helpful for you.

I already finished my March 3 goal!!! :)

I'm super excited that I've beat my March goal of 184lbs already. With 2 weeks to spare even! I've adjusted my March goal to be at 178 by March 31. That's 1 pound a week with a total of 6 weeks. Definitely do-able, even if I have a slouch week.

I think that I would've lost more this week, but I did the 3 days of weight training. So I do think that there is a little added muscle in there and I'm okay with that. It's also just about that time for me, which means extra bloat. We only had fast food 1 day this past week, too (instead of 2-3 days). All that considered, I'm surprised my weight wasn't higher this week.

You are doing great! And congrats on only eating fast food once, I know that can be addicting and on exercising! Way to go!
