I'm not even going to check my weight today. I know that I ate too much and exercised too little. I had 4 glasses of wine on Christmas Eve, which isn't a LOT, but it's a lot of calories (4 glasses = 1 whole bottle = around 500 calories; that's a whole meal!). I don't think I overate, but I did eat a lot. It was the holidays though, so I'm accepting it.


On the upside, I did start doing some yoga on Tuesday (about 20 minutes broken up throughout the day) and some more yesterday (about 15 minutes). I'm really feeling it in my stomach/abs today, but it feels good. My fat jeans ripped this week, too. Right near the crotch. AWESOME. I was really hoping to not have to buy new jeans yet (they're my only pair), but they did have a good ride. Just about 2 years now. That's actually really good for Target jeans, haha. You want to know a secret, too? I think I might be able to squeeze into a size smaller now. I'm really hoping. Cross your fingers while I go out jeans shopping today!

What are your weight loss resolutions for 2011?

My goal for 2011 is to finally lose the rest of this baby weight. My average is about 20-25lbs in 6 months, which makes 40-50lbs in a year. If I can lose that, then I'd be back around my pre-pregnancy weight. Then I'd just have another 20lbs to go to get to my target weight (125), but that's 2012's goal. For 2011, I am focusing on that baby weight!

You can definitely lose that baby weight this year! And...have fun shopping for those jeans! You'll be excited to see a new size!

yoga is wonderful my first round of losing weight I really believe it played a major role. I need to figure out how to atleast get a class back into my routine because this new year so good for my mind and my body to stretch, focus on breathing and relax.
